Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Survey Specialist. As a Survey Specialist, you will support our Tech & Data team and you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining surveys and dashboards using the Qualtrics EX platform (Examples: employee engagement, lifecycle and 360 feedback). You will also be responsible for preparing and processing data with a variety of data sources to be integrated with our survey results.  You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of surveys and delivering actionable dashboards and reports in support of KPMG’s People Experience strategy.
Responsibilities
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining surveys and dashboards using the Qualtrics EX platform to support the People Experience strategy. The specialist will also process data from various sources to integrate with survey results and deliver actionable reports.
