Job details •Proposed designation Business Associate / Presentation Designer •Role type Individual contributor •Reporting to  Veena Keerthraj (Team Lead) •Geo to be supported Australia Consulting Design Hub •Work timings 11:30 am till 08:00 pm IST Roles & responsibilities Design projects & project management •We are on the lookout for a talented and creative Presentation Designer – someone who will wow us with their brilliance! •Within Creative Services, the candidate will be working for RoW Creative team which is recognized as a creative output leader to the Member Firms. •As an designer, you will produce creative and formatting projects to our Member Firm. Taking accountability of the quality and timeliness of outputs from leading to delivering high-quality creative service to our Member Firms. Build strong relationships with Offshore & Onshore leads and work towards delivering service excellence. Candidate should be flexible to work in shift basis. •The output is frequently for high profile, so the design, quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the end product is of critical importance. Looking for candidate with MS Office suite proficiency as primary skillset and Adobe Suite as secondary skillset for the role. Key responsibilities •Conceptualizing the strategic direction of a project to provide creative, professional and functional deliverables that align with business needs. •Determine project scope including effective brief taking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timescales, to define cost estimates for complex projects. •Flexibility to meet deadline and project team demands in order to produce the required output, including remote working, weekend or after-hours work. •Identify and initiate improvements to the document and execution for high standard output.   Work experience •Total number of years of work experience: 3 to 5 yrs •Relevant number of years of work experience required: 2 yrs •Formatting skills with creative flairs, the ability to understand written material and transform to polished and clean output. •Have strong skills in typography, layout, and color. •Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Mandatory  technical & functional skills •Primary Skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) in a professional graphics department. •Secondary Skills in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign) with working knowledge would be preferred.
