The Business Assurance Support Advisor provides specialist administrative and corporate support, expertise and contributes towards the provision of strategic support across administrative operations. The role is responsible for executive and divisional administrative support functions to support the effective delivery of department objectives in a way that aligns with DE’s Values. This includes providing high-level assurance support across a range of areas including ensuring briefs and correspondence are quality assured and coordinated efficiently. The role also works collaboratively across the division, and with other departmental offices including the offices of the Ministers, the Secretary, Deputy Secretaries, other and key internal stakeholders to facilitate effective administration. The position reports to the Manager, Business Assurance and Planning.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Assurance Support Advisor provides specialist administrative and corporate support, expertise and contributes towards the provision of strategic support across administrative operations.
