We are currently recruiting Casuals for our Business Banking Associate role based in Sydney at South Eveleigh Office. Do Work that Matters As an Associate within our Business Banking contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our small and medium business customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including: Corporate Card Enquiries Technical support Simple customer service enquiries See Yourself in our Team Casual positions are available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week. Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm Weekends 8am to 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office in South Eveleigh. Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
