Description
Join our BB Sales Finance team as a Field Finance Vice President — a high-visibility opportunity to own the strategy and delivery of a modernized performance measurement suite for one of JPMorganChase's largest sales organizations. This is a rare opportunity to build something new. You'll operate at the intersection of finance, data, and product — defining how performance is measured for 3,500+ bankers and leaders across the country. If you're energized by ambiguity, move fast, and want your fingerprints on something that scales, this role was designed for you. As a Vice President in Field Performance and Scorecard Finance for the Business Bank, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of a new Performance Measurement suite — standardizing how banker and manager performance is defined, calculated, governed, and consumed across teams. You'll work directly with business leaders, data and analytics teams, HR, Technology, and Product to deliver a scalable, trusted product with clear metric lineage and self-service reporting capabilities. You'll also serve as a key financial thought partner to the Business Banking Sales CFO and Sales Leadership, providing insight into the drivers of banker production and client experience — with direct influence on field management and incentive planning. The right candidate is comfortable operating without a playbook, can move from strategy to execution, and brings either strong technical skills (SQL, Python, or similar) or the demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire them.   Job Responsibilities   * Own and drive the strategic direction of a re-envisioned performance measurement suite where you prioritize the roadmap, you influence the pace, and you're accountable for outcomes. * Develop and manage metrics framework, confirm consistent data sourcing, calculation logic, and monitoring for metric availability/accuracy, including hands-on work with data validation, SQL, or BI tooling where needed. * Prioritize backlog, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery with measurable outcomes. * Partner on and continuously improve the monthly scorecard delivered to 3,500+ bankers and field leaders by identifying automation and efficiency opportunities along the way. * Conduct as-needed financial analysis based on senior management requests, develop presentation materials and drive meaningful, effective discussions to facilitate the making of informed decisions, with the ability to independently scope, structure, and deliver analysis with minimal direction. * Collaborate effectively across all CCB field finance organizations, business/segment partners, and other key partners (e.g., Compensation, HR, Legal, Controls, Risk) on change requests and future transformation and assess the impact to banker behavior and business profitability.  Navigate ambiguous, cross-functional environments where the path forward isn't always defined. * Maintain superior controls and resiliency standards.   Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills   * 6+ years of experience in Finance, Analytics, or Business Management * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field. * Strong technical proficiency or a demonstrated track record of rapidly acquiring technical skills; comfort working directly in data is essential. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills * Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments  * Intellectually curious, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and push back constructively. * Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leadership. * Experience with process improvement, automation, or working alongside product and engineering teams.   Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills * Prior experience in product management, sales finance, or a build/transformation environment strongly preferred. * Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent) preferred. * Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, SAS, or similar tools is a significant plus   Additional Information To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
