Description

To provide quality assurance and strict governance over Business banking sales teams of Egypt which includes monitoring processes, improving channel accuracy and efficiency while maintaining strong engagement with relevant stake holders. Managing Egypt Business banking incentive payouts process for all channels. Revise regulatory procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues, and identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation. Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations, including proposed and final rules. Responsible for Business banking RCSA. Oversee and support all RBG new projects and subsequent implementation of system development.

Responsibilities
