Our Business Banking Managers are customer facing sales and service roles so a typical day will see you using lots of different skills, from proactive networking and relationship management to writing deals and managing your customers’ needs. This role is based in Brisbane South/ CBD. What do I need? Proven experience in banking, with strong lending knowledge Exposure to Business Banking or small business customer segments is essential Solid understanding of credit risk and compliance frameworks Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and urgency Confident relationship builder with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Why join us?
