Business Manager - Business Banking Whangarei or Auckland Full time, Permanent Mō te tūranga | About the Role Are you passionate about helping business customers thrive? Reporting to the Area Manager, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and consistently delivers outstanding service. In this role, you’ll support business customers with a range of needs—from home and business lending to equipment finance and credit cards. You’ll also play a key role in customer retention by proactively reaching out based on needs-based leads. Working closely with internal teams across Westpac, you’ll ensure our business customers receive the right support at the right time.
