To be eligible to apply for this position you must possess the following:

• Proven experience in SME/Business Banking/Self-Employed lending
• Sound knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, including negotiation and communication
• Demonstrate time management skills
• Tertiary or relevant qualification (desirable)
• Tier 2 accreditation
