Position: Business Banking Officer Salary: Dependent on experience Location: Fargo, North Dakota KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of business clients, including small- to mid-size companies across diverse industries. * Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored banking solutions. * Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, proactively addressing inquiries, concerns, and opportunities for growth. * Monitor and manage risk by ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. * Collaborate with internal partners – such as credit, cash management and operations – to deliver seamless service and comprehensive solutions. QUALIFICATIONS: * 5+ years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, credit analysis or a related financial services role. * Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients across diverse industries including proactively managing and growing a portfolio of commercial loans and deposits. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong knowledge of business banking products and services, including loans, lines of credit, cash management.
