Join our team and play a key role in strengthening credit quality across SME & Small Business. You'll review Credit Risk Grade assessments before they reach Credit, helping ensure they're accurate, consistent and supported by strong financial analysis.

• Working closely with bankers, Portfolio Management teams and Credit, you'll identify potential issues early, provide practical coaching, and help improve risk grading capability across the business. You'll also analyse hindsight outcomes, uncover trends and contribute to ongoing improvements in our quality assurance processes.
