*This is a temporary position with full time hours in a hybrid capacity. The assignment may last up to 1 year.    Position Summary: The Temporary Business Banking Services Admin/File Cleanup Specialist supports Achieva’s Business Banking Services (BBS) team with the Borrower Files Cleanup and Migration Project. This role is responsible for organizing, reviewing, preparing, and migrating business loan documents from legacy drives into OnBase. The Specialist ensures documents are accurate, properly categorized, and compliant with established naming and filing conventions. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and comfort working with sensitive business lending documents. Key Responsibilities * Review, organize, and prepare borrower files in the Business Banking Services drive for migration to OnBase. * Identify and delete outdated or unnecessary files in accordance with retention guidelines to reduce scanning volume. * Distinguish between key business/loan documents (e.g., loan agreements vs. security agreements, credit card-only files vs. term loan/RLOC folders). * Ensure documents are accurately labeled, filed, and placed into correct OnBase locations. * Follow established procedures and quality standards for document management and digital migration. * Assist with folder cleanup, reorganization, and preparation work completed by the BBS team. * Maintain confidentiality of all member and business loan information. * Work independently while following detailed instructions and workflows. * Collaborate with BBS staff and receive training and guidance from Business Lending team members. Education and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Prior experience working with loan or business banking documents preferred. Skills and Attributes * Ability to differentiate between common business lending documents (loan agreement, security agreement, etc.). * Proficiency with Adobe and basic digital document tools. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet project timelines. * Patience and thoroughness when reviewing and sorting large volumes of files. * Strong confidentiality, accuracy, and quality standards.
