JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Banking Support Specialist is a customer service and sales support role working directly with Business Banking Relationship Managers and Business Banking Relationship Analysts.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Business account openings.
  • Assist Relationship Managers with clearance of loan conditions in a timely manner.
  • Service requests, inquiries and items directly related to client satisfaction.
  • Provide support that is knowledgeable, and professional.
  • Identify potential problems and maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship.
  • Ensure compliance to procedural, policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative support when needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically, three to five years of job-related experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Sales and admin support skills
  • Prior experience opening business accounts
  • Systems experience with Fusion, Salesforce, and Hogan
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, as well as prioritize workload
  • Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
