Reporting to the Head of EPMO, you will build and lead a high-performing team of analysts while setting the frameworks, standards and governance that underpin investment decision-making. You will partner closely with executives, portfolio leads and key business functions to shape investment logic, ensure alignment to strategy, and bring clarity to complex, high-value decisions. On any given day, you will guide the development of investment-ready business cases, provide expert advice on problem framing and options analysis, and ensure financial, commercial, risk and delivery considerations are integrated into every decision. Your influence will extend across Finance, Procurement, Technology, Safety and operational domains, positioning you at the centre of enterprise-wide transformation.
