Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their processes and needs.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to design and configure solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop detailed process maps to outline current and future business processes.
  • Lead the functional testing of the solution, ensuring it meets the clients requirements and is free of defects.
  • Provide training to end-users and support clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Assist in project planning, timeline estimation, and coordination of project activities to ensure successful delivery
