Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their processes and needs.
Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to design and configure solutions that meet business requirements.
Develop detailed process maps to outline current and future business processes.
Lead the functional testing of the solution, ensuring it meets the clients requirements and is free of defects.
Provide training to end-users and support clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
Assist in project planning, timeline estimation, and coordination of project activities to ensure successful delivery
