QUALIFICATIONS:
· 4-5+ years of experience in Business Central support, troubleshooting, and ticketing, including end-user support.
· Strong understanding of sales, purchasing, assembly orders, and purchase orders.
· Experience with rentals is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Location: Remot
· Provide expert end-user support for Business Central, including troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
· Be highly visible to the organization, including being on-site as needed to provide in-person training.
· Understand and manage sales, purchasing, assembly orders, and purchase orders within Business Central.
· Assist with rental processes and end-user support as needed.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
· Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
· Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and use of Business Central.
· Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
· Stay updated with the latest Business Central updates and features to provide informed support.
