  • Strong understanding of core ERP modules: Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), including user queries, data issues, permission management, and troubleshooting.
  • Support multiple business units across various UK sites.
  • Manage support requests and help maintain our support infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist in training new users on Business Central processes and best practices.
  • Document processes, known issues, solutions, and system changes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Business Central and tools like Power Automate.
