Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (mainly phone & email)
  • Providing accurate quotations for shipments and services
  • Monitoring shipments and keeping customers updated on goods in transit
  • Supporting smooth daily office operations, including admin and stock control
  • Working closely with your colleague – one in-centre, one out meeting clients – to keep everything running smoothly
  • Maintaining our friendly, professional atmosphere where customers feel welcome and supported

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who enjoys working independently and can stay motivated in a quieter office
  • A clear communicator with good written & spoken English
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using IT systems (training provided)
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused – you’ll often be the voice of our centre

(Previous experience in admin, customer service, or logistics is helpful, but the right attitude matters most — we’ll train you fully.)
