Job Introduction:
Sodexo is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Business Centre Receptionist team member to join our on-site team at HMRC Liverpool Regional Centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors while providing administrative and facilities support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as the main reception contact: manage phones, emails, and visitor queries professionally
  • Support hospitality events, meeting room setups, and conference bookings via the Matrix system
  • Maintain and restock coffee points; support catering and mailroom operations when needed
  • Issue keys, log maintenance requests, and coordinate tasks using radio and FM systems
  • Assist with general porterage, furniture movement, and room setups
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety, security, and site-specific procedures
  • Maintain records and support audits where applicable
