Description
Design and execute tailored change management strategies for complex transformation programmes. Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement planning, and readiness evaluations. Develop and deliver change interventions including communications, training, coaching, and reinforcement. Integrate change management into agile delivery frameworks, aligning with sprints, releases, and MVPs. Facilitate workshops and change events to co-create solutions and drive adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed change activities into backlog planning and delivery cycles. Monitor and report on change adoption, resistance, and mitigation strategies using performance metrics. Identify and manage change risks and issues, recommending mitigation strategies. Partner with HR and Communications to assess organisational impacts and deliver consistent messaging. You are a collaborative and strategic change leader with deep expertise in transformation programmes. You bring a strong understanding of enterprise environments, stakeholder engagement, and behavioural change. You are passionate about enabling people through change and thrive in fast-paced, complex settings. Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation programmes using waterfall, agile, and lean methodologies. Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations, and IT. Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and lean principles. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels, including C-level. Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. Certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci, CMI). Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, AgilePM) preferred. Project Management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint). Postgraduate qualification in Management or Business is desirable.
