Description
Design and implement tailored change management strategies for strategic programmes. Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement planning, and readiness evaluations. Develop and deliver change interventions including communications, training, coaching, and reinforcement. Integrate change management into delivery frameworks, aligning with sprints, releases, and MVPs. Facilitate workshops and change events to co-create solutions and drive adoption. Collaborate with programme and project teams to embed change activities into backlog planning. Monitor and report on adoption, resistance, and mitigation strategies using performance metrics. Partner with HR and business leads to assess impacts on roles, responsibilities, and structures. Work with Communications to craft a compelling change narrative and communication plan. Champion the people side of change, supporting individuals and teams throughout transitions. Identify and manage change risks and issues, recommending mitigation strategies. Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation programmes using waterfall, agile, and lean methodologies. Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations, and IT. Experience with enterprise IT deployments and integrations. Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and lean principles. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels, including C-suite. Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and communication. Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and business leads. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Experience in telecoms and multinational matrix organisations is highly desirable. Certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci, CMI) - Mandatory. Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, AgilePM) - Preferred. Project Management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) - Mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint). Post-graduate qualification in Management or Business - Desirable.
