About the Role: We’re looking for an adaptable and people-focused professional to lead IT change management initiatives, provide technical support, and drive knowledge sharing across our operations.
This is not just a technical support role-it’s about leading change, inspiring others, and ensuring our teams and partners are empowered and equipped to adopt new tools and ways of working.

EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, systems implementation, or change management roles.
· Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, devices, and support tools.
· Specific knowledge or experience working with ERP / Business management Systems, specifically Intact, Barcode Scanning, Pick & Print, VoIP, also Microsoft 365 or Azure would be beneficial
· Proven experience in leading or supporting organisational change.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language to non-technical users.
· Experience managing third-party vendors or implementation partners.
· A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and empowerment.
· Experience in a logistics, manufacturing, or operational environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

· Change Management: Lead the rollout of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
· People Engagement: Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, from warehouse teams to senior stakeholders.
· Influence & Leadership: Guide and influence teams through transitions with clarity, empathy, and motivation.
· Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain IT equipment, including laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network tools.
· Training & Enablement: Deliver hands-on training and user support to team members during and after system rollouts.
· Partner Management: Liaise with external technology and service partners to ensure alignment and performance.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and enhance the user experience with digital tools.
