QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

• You will need to bring proven experience of project and change management.
• You will have demonstrable experience of supporting or leading organisational change, including defining and managing risks, benefits, and change impacts.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate collaborative leadership capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, be highly organised, and results driven.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Working alongside members of the Executive Team you will provide matrix management of project teams focused on delivering and implementing organisational change. This will include developing a compelling case for change and project managing all aspects of its implementation to deliver University strategy and Transformational Change priorities on at least three significant change projects.
