POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Business Coach, you will inspire, teach, and guide business owners to grow thriving companies. You’ll combine strategic business acumen with emotional intelligence, offering wisdom, accountability, and encouragement in equal measure.
Your role will blend financial strategy, sales training, and mindset coaching to help clients not only build stronger businesses, but also become stronger leaders. At times you’ll push clients to act decisively, while at other times you’ll encourage them to slow down and strengthen foundational consistency. This adaptability, paired with your ability to listen, influence, and celebrate progress, ensures clients feel both supported and challenged.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong background in business operations, strategy, and financial management (finance/accounting background preferred).
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, with strong skills in influence, listening, and discernment.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
  • Natural ability to teach, inspire, and encourage others.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in coaching styles based on client needs.
  • Skilled in mindset coaching and helping others overcome limiting beliefs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, sales training, and cash flow strategies.
  • Avid learner who seeks personal growth and models that for others.
  • Experience in coaching, consulting, leadership, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
