WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU NEED?

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of ISO business management principles - with relevant auditing experience. The audit program will evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls, production processes and compliance status against requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001 and ISO45001.

Ideally as the successful candidate for this role you will have suitable qualifications, understanding and experience of:

  • Management systems and QHSE auditing qualification or experience
  • IT literate – able to produce reports to a good standard
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Understanding change management and continual improvement
Responsibilities

SO WHAT IS THE ROLE?

The Business Compliance Coordinator primary function is to oversee the company’s internal and compliance audit program.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Plan, coordinate and perform internal audits within the scope of the company’s business frameworks and ISO certifications
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and industry standards
  • Develop best practice for compliance auditing including planning, performance and reporting
  • Monitor & track the implementation of audit findings and recommendations
  • Provide management information for reporting and identify emerging risks to the company
  • Identify potential improvements to the business management systems
  • Manage and maintain documentation including the internal SharePoint system and the change management system
  • Provide administration support in relation to the company business management system
