Responsibilities Dealing with all Ops department, i.e. Branch Ops, Contract Financing Dept - MO, Payment Ops, Trade Ops, Investment Ops, Treasury Ops and BOD Calling Branches on transactions issues such as GIRO, RENTAS, TT, statements (bank, trade) requests. Liaising with customers on the purpose of transactions done via Velocity in order to ensure the correct CashBOP codes are used after checking with BOD. FEA related transactions queries such as inward TT purpose confirmations AML and Sanction (Ename hits) related clarifications such as confirmation of Vessel IMO Numbers with customers for Trade transactions. Liaison person between customers and Branch/ Account Services/ MO. Guide customers in completing forms and other documents required for Account update and Account Opening. Perform diligence reviews for CPs, CRs, Periodic Reviews and Triggering Events (when ODDs are required) and liaise with Middle Office team and Account Services to request update of C2C linking as required. Ensure strong and optimal customer service support and seamless customer rapport. Act as liaison with various internal operational departments in resolution of customer related issues. Other operational duties, including sample checking of transactions for compliance / KYC related and helping RMs to extract documents from WFI. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field. Experience/ knowledge of banking is advantageous in the following areas: operations, processes, products, regulations, customer experience etc. Minimum 2 years of banking experience. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to contribute positively to the work environment Qualities such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability is vital for this role.
