We are looking for a motivated Business Compliance Specialist to join our team in Hungary. This person will maintain a compliance framework with established standards, guidelines, and audits. You will also ensure compliance with local, federal, and state regulations as well as internal, professional, and external business compliance standards.
Please note this is a fixed term contract for maternity cover and will complete at the end of February 2026. Successful candidate must be based in Hungary

• Compliance:

• Handling of contract e-mail inbox: managing request from internal Sales teams in relation to customer contracts.
• Investigating and follow up on customer contracts in our internal customer contract software
• Preparing customer contracts for internal signature process
• Scanning, re-uploading and filling contracts into internal contracting software system.
• Main point of contact for customer contract validation team and working closely with the team based in India and USA
• Maintaining and investigating differences on monthly reporting
• Organizing signature/countersignature for NDA and other compliance documents following our standard processes

Governance:

• File/archive hard copy of documents per entity for all International (INTL) entities.
• Upload documents in CSC (internal software system) for INTL entities.
• Distribute and coordinate post for INTL entities received by email.
• Support Compliance Manager who is based in Zurich on adhoc requests .
