Swiss-AS's Business Consultants are considered as highly skilled professionals bringing the best combination of the latest AMOS functional knowledge, industry expertise and practical business experience to increase our customer's process value chain. Our top 3 selection criteria: Practical aviation industry experience with aircraft maintenance processes and their relevant regulations. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Deep and up-to-date knowledge of the AMOS software Your Main Tasks Provide customers with AMOS system configuration & process analysis in the airline & MRO's Technical Operations domain. Main topics: Airworthiness Engineering, Mid-/Short-term Planning, 3rd party MRO's (Line/Base), Stores & Logistics, Mechanic Mobility & Paperless Records. Identify & address customers' processes & digital improvements to optimize AMOS usage and adoption based on industry and regulatory requirements. Host process assessment workshops with customers and document consulting recommendations and project plans. Project Manage a customer's AMOS system implementation project and/or customer's digital adoption initiatives. Share expert knowledge with colleagues and actively participate in the continuous product lifecycle of the AMOS software. Competence Requirements Minimum two years of practical aviation industry experience with knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and their relevant regulations. Fluency in English and Japanese is mandatory Process mapping design and value assessment (Value-Chain, Lean, BPMN). Digital skills (software configuration, mobility, API integrations, data) enable you to guide our customer's Technical Operations digitalization through mobility, paperless, e-signature, and ecosystem integration. Strong project management expertise, especially in scheduling, scoping and stakeholder analysis. Deep and up-to-date knowledge of the AMOS software. Social & Personal Requirements Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills enable you to host workshops and lead customer meetings confidently. Enjoy teamwork and collaboration with direct and transparent communication. Capacity to autonomously handle complex and changing project conditions. Willingness to travel.
