ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Consultant/Analyst within our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Practice, you will function as a pivotal bridge between our business and technology teams. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will support our wider team by conducting detailed business analysis, scoping customer and prospect engagements, contributing to presales efforts, managing resource allocation, and driving client relationship management. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can combine analytical insight with a proactive approach to client engagement and project leadership.
