We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Business Setup Consultant who brings both expertise and energy to the table. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients establish their businesses in the UAE, offering strategic guidance and handling the end-to-end setup process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, assessing their business needs and suggesting the most suitable setup (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore)
  • Customize business setup solutions based on industry requirements, ownership structure, and long-term objectives
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the incorporation process including trade licenses, MOA drafting, regulatory approvals, and visa applications
  • Liaise with various UAE government departments (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, etc.) to ensure smooth processing and compliance
  • Educate clients on relevant legal, operational, and tax-related considerations to ensure informed decision-making
  • Maintain an active pipeline by nurturing leads, following up consistently, and converting prospects into successful clients
  • Provide post-setup support and build long-term client relationships that promote retention and referrals

What you bring to the team

  • At least 2 years of experience in UAE business setup or company formation services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions
  • Exceptional command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Excellent presentation, persuasion, and client-handling skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping clients succeed
