Conduct regular data mining to understand customer attrition and implement effective retention strategies. Explores customer needs to provide the best fleet management services to customers. This includes relationship-building and creation of targeted marketing programs for selected customers. Implement effective sales strategy to grow assigned segments Handle quotations and tender preparation Handle customers inquiry and resolve customer complaints independently Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective card operations, pricing review and credit management Bachelor's degree holder in business or equivalent At least 5 years of B2B sales or account management or business development experience Experience in CRM or database marketing would be an advantage Result-oriented with can-do attitude Good team player with excellent communication skills Analytical with proven problem-solving abilities Proficient in MS office, especially Excel Must be fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
