YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for dynamic and advisory-minded professionals with a passion for sustainability and business innovation, comfortable in a multi-national environment and capable of driving organizational change and innovation effectively.

What you will bring:

• Exceptional customer focus with proven relationship-building skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Several years of experience in a multi-national environment advising executives or leading transformation initiatives.
• First experience in managing multiple, self-directed projects in client environments. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• A strong understanding of sustainability management trends, with industry expertise is an advantage. Solid knowledge of SAP’s strategy and the latest product portfolio with insights into how these influence broader business strategies.
• First experience in developing new business and service offerings aligned with evolving market demands.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering high-impact messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sustainability or Environmental Studies, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Excellent English and German language skills.
