Synergetics is currently seeking a Business Consultant who has 7-10 years consulting, finance, or transformation experience. This consultant will have experience in supporting the scoping/development of organizational transformation projects, utilizing data to generate strategic insights, driving and managing key initiatives, and forming business partnerships. This position will need strong analytical capabilities, including performing organizational design, analysis of employee data, and expense analysis. This position will also support with process and value stream mapping of key workflows to support transformational change.
