Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS A BUSINESS CONSULTANT

As a Business Developer, you are a key player in our New Business Strategy. Your focus will be on generating high-quality leads, developing client relationships, and positioning Levy’s propositions in the market.

YOU WILL MANAGE A 360° COMMERCIAL ROLE, OWNING THE ENTIRE PROCESS:

from lead generation and first contact to candidate positioning, managing the recruitment process, and growing relationships into long-term partnerships. You are the vital link between client and candidate.
What sets your role apart is the combination of consultative selling, leveraging warm leads, and smartly utilizing candidate intelligence. Your approach is data-driven, proactive, and fully client-focused – always starting with the question: “How can we add value?”

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Generate new business in IT/Tech by building client relationships;
  • Identify and approach decision-makers via LinkedIn, talent insights, and your own network;
  • Position high-value candidates with new and existing clients;
  • Take full commercial ownership: from client introductions and candidate sourcing to successful placements;
  • Build a strong daily sales pipeline through consistent, high-quality activity;
  • Manage and grow existing accounts;
  • Take full ownership of your client portfolio and build long-term partnerships;
  • Grow your personal market presence through branding and LinkedIn activity.
