LOCATION: SYNDEY, AUSTRALIA (HYBRID BASED - WORKING OUT OF ANAPLAN SYDNEY OFFICE - 2-3 TIMES IN A WEEK) + TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS (35%).

Anaplan is seeking a seasoned Business Consultant to join our Professional Services team, focusing on driving business transformation and strategic planning engagements for our ANZ customers. This role blends deep functional & technical expertise with business consulting skills to help C-suite and senior business leaders design and implement enterprise-wide planning solutions that improve organisational efficiency, agility, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Partner with senior executives to define business objectives, strategies, and roadmaps for enterprise performance management and connected planning initiatives.
  • Serve as the SME for large-scale connected planning solutions
  • Recommend and modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, refine requirements, and develop planning solution to cater to business needs.
  • Provide strategic oversight of planning solution deployments, ensuring alignment with business goals, to-be process and change management principles.
  • Guide customers through organisational change, providing coaching and knowledge transfer to build internal capability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in planning transformation across finance, supply chain, and other business functions.
