• conduct buisness and market analysis to identify risks, opportunities and trends .
• Advise on growth strategies in retail,wholesale and e - commerce channels
  -Review current operations ( sales,staffing,logistics,financials) and propose improvements.
• Help optimize pricing , profit margins and cost managment.
• Assist in preparing buisness plans , finacial forecasts and investment evaluations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to managment team.
