BUSINESS CONSULTING ASSOCIATE

Position Summary:
Premier Sport Psychology is looking for a Business Consulting Associate who will work with the President of Premier Sport Psychology to develop and deliver impactful talent solutions for existing and new clients. This individual will be a key resource for keeping project execution on track internally and externally. As Premier continues to grow, there is potential for this role to quickly expand along the consulting career path with a focus in business development and/or executive-level client delivery, depending on interests and skills. This individual will also have the opportunity to train and develop additional leadership advisory team members.
Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrate a basic understanding across Premier?s services to help support integrated solutions that deliver maximum client impact
- Lead and/or support multiple leadership development projects and client engagements
- Serve as the President?s point of contact for direct communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and/or third-party vendors
- Maintain daily schedule including internal meetings and client calls involving multiple time zones
- Work in partnership with Premier?s seasoned practitioners to develop innovative solutions and programs that meet client needs
- Oversee and execute project planning, implementation, communication, assessment administration and leadership programming
- Develop training, support tools, and resources for newer leadership advisory team members
- Participate in client-facing meetings (i.e., drive preparation, agenda, and completion of engagement materials)
- Debrief completed engagements to recommend improvements and strategies
- Communicate and collaborate with internal leaders effectively to maintain progression of projects and initiatives
- Manage the execution of project timelines and deliverables, as well as external and internal client expectations
- Assist with other duties such as meeting note taking, travel coordination, file maintenance, copying, answering calls, meeting planning, and other operational projects as needed
- Draft and customize presentations and other business documents
- Unconventional hours will be required?

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Pursuing MBA or graduate degree in I/O Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Organizational Leadership, and related fields
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to navigate high levels of ambiguity, demonstrate situational awareness, and resiliency
- Willing to take on project management and client-related project coordination responsibilities
- Action-oriented with ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening) with high attention to detail
- Flexible in terms of hours and responsibilities as work requires
- Collaborative and growth-minded team member
- History of building and maintaining trusting internal and external relationships
Preferred:
- Involvement in business development process including discovery, proposal, and contract generation
- Experience with leadership development programming either as a facilitator or creating program materials
