Description
Set and drive the integration plan for hiring and time capture functions. Training and ensure procedural alignment across functions. Define and maintain the WFM training curriculum, ensuring accuracy and usability. Oversee the full onboarding and offboarding lifecycle for IT contingent workers. Maintain the resource roster data with historical data from bi-monthly Hiring meetings and support and cultural transformation through workforce data. Manage the central time tracking tool across the IT contingent workforce. Ensure accurate and timely time capture to support cost tracking and productivity. Previous experience operating in a WFM operational environment for IT, preferably in an investment banking or financial services environment. Strong problem-solving. Excellent communicator that will interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to translate data into meaningful metrics for onward reporting. Excellent organisational skills with a process efficiency mind-set. Team-oriented and collaborative spirit. Attention to detail. Prioritization experience.
