OBJECTION HANDLING & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION

• Respond to challenging client questions with technical clarity and poise.
• Anticipate and defuse skepticism through data-driven storytelling.
• Assess and qualify technical fit with client infrastructure, control strategies, and workforce readiness.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSc or higher in relevant Engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Mining, Civil, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
• 3–10 years of hands-on process engineering experience in mining, metals processing, or cement production.
• Familiarity with APC, MPC, or other control strategies.
• Strong modeling and troubleshooting skills across relevant unit operations (e.g., SAG mills, kilns, floatation circuits).
• Excellent communicator—comfortable leading technical demos, fielding objections, and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Experience with process data historians and control systems (e.g., PI, DCS, PLCs).
• Willingness to travel (~30%) for onsite assessments and workshops.
