We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Financial Transaction Manager to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN). As a Project Manager cum Business Analyst, this candidate is responsible to manage project implementation end to end throughout the project life cycle, including but not limited to requirements gathering, design & development, testing, deployment and post implementation and subsequently into the BAU/system maintenance activities. The candidate is expected to work hand in hand with project team members and users, so as to support operation continuity and business growth. In addition, the candidate is to contribute towards all non-project initiatives, such as IT Process Improvement following the CMMi framework and other QA-related activities. Work closely with users and team leaders within IT to define business needs and objectives of new application system development or enhancement to existing Review and advise in planning, directing, controlling, safe guarding, risk evaluation, budgeting, feasibility study, development, maintenance and implementation of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities Act as a Business Analyst lead role to assign work and guide the team of Business analysts in completing project tasks during each SDLC phase. Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of business analysts and developers based in Malaysia during the project phase, and subsequently maintenance and support staff during BAU phase. Manage and monitor project implementation to ensure quality delivery that realize business benefits within approved project scope, time and budget Control and manage resources across project workstreams.
