We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our growing team.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for ServiceNow development.
  • Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Analyze and map current and future business processes using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Ensure seamless integration of existing systems with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide functional and technical support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
  • Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus.
