Description
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for treasury and reconciliation applications. Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for treasury systems. Validate cash flows, settlements, reconciliations, and exception handling across multiple platforms. Build and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Java, Python, TestNG, Cucumber) to improve testing efficiency. Write and execute SQL queries for backend data validation and reconciliation testing. Collaborate with business analysts, treasury operations, and developers to translate requirements into effective test scenarios. Track and manage defects using tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or TestRail. Support system upgrades, treasury platform migrations, and reconciliation tool implementations. Document and provide test evidence, reports, and audit support for compliance. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. 3-7 years of experience as a Test Analyst/QA Engineer in financial services, banking, or treasury. Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and reconciliation processes. Proficiency in manual and automation testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, TestNG, Cucumber, etc.). Strong SQL and data validation skills. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, HP ALM, TestRail, etc.). Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. ISTQB or similar testing certification. Experience with reconciliation tools Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, payments processing, and settlements. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
