You will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, solutions, and plans to ensure the organization’s resilience during disruptions. This role involves risk assessment, crisis management, and collaboration with various departments to safeguard the organization’s assets and operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of risk management techniques and disaster recovery operations.

  • Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) policies, standards, procedures, and documentation.
  • Perform business impact analyses and risk assessments for critical business functions.
  • Regularly review and update plans to reflect changes in business operations and emerging risks.
  • Support the development, awareness, training, and delivery with business unit teams to ensure an appropriate level of understanding of roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with different business unit leaders to ensure business continuity plans are aligned with business needs, maintained and updated, as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on the status of business continuity, data recovery, and data backup strategies with the designated administration software.
  • Support both internal and external audits of programs.
  • Develop and execute test plans and tabletop exercises for business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Support Crisis response requirements and lead projects to implement policies, procedures, and controls, as necessary.
  • Coordinate and manage responses to incidents and emergencies.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination during crises.
  • Ensure the proper management and maintenance of governance programs.
