Position Summary With the expansion of Samsung in Central Texas, you'll work with our existing Business Continuity Engineer on maintaining and improving the Business Continuity Program for both sites (Austin and Taylor). You'll be involved in engaging with stakeholders across the organization on improvement actions, setting up and conducting Drills, maintaining records, creating and updating Dashboards, and conducting periodic Audits to validate readiness. Also, you'll be responsible to build and maintain Multi-Site KPI performance scorecards for our Operational Metrics. Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: This role will have two primary functions and will report to the Director of Innovation. Business Continuity Scope and Duties include: Improving our Business Continuity Program (BCP) at both Samsung Austin and Samsung Taylor. Identifying improvement actions and working with the stakeholders across the organization to implement said contingencies. Annual Threats and Vulnerabilities Analysis to identify key Business Continuity Risks. Designing, Communicating and Conducting BCP Drills. Activation and Coordination for any Business Continuity event. Multi-Site Operational KPI. Build functional Dashboard(s) that track and report Operational KPI to executives and leadership. Evaluate and Evolve KPI items to align with Business objectives. Skills and Qualifications Here's what you'll need: B .S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, etc.). 7+ Years of Experience in Complex High-Volume Manufacturing environment (Semiconductor a plus). Ability to complete analysis, make suggestions for improvement and drive action. SQL and Business Intelligence knowledge (Tableau, MSFT BI, Spot fire) is a positive. Capability to build statistical models to help identify business problems that need improvement action. The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
