Your contribution:

  • You continuously improve the existing Business Continuity Management Framework.
  • You enhance all related central processes and guidelines for business continuity.
  • You steer company-wide business impact and protection requirements analysis.
  • You lead risk assessments, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing.
  • You consult and support organizational units in all matters related to business continuity and resilience.

What you bring along:

  • You have a degree in computer science, IT security or similar and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business continuity management, risk management or related fields.
  • You have a strong understanding of business continuity principles and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, NIST SP 800-34), ideally complemented by certifications such as ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 27005 Lead Risk Manager, CISM or CRISC.
  • You are experienced in designing and implementing resilience measures across diverse and large-scale business environments.
  • You are experienced in project management and can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required, and German is highly desired.
