Business Continuity Manager – Help Us Stay Resilient, No Matter What
We’re looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking Business Continuity Manager to lead and evolve our approach to business continuity and crisis management. If you’re passionate about keeping operations running smoothly—even when things get tough—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and continuously improve our business continuity and crisis management frameworks.
  • Develop practical tools and processes that help teams stay prepared and confident.
  • Use data and KPIs to track readiness and drive improvements.
  • Lead training sessions and simulations to build awareness and readiness across the company.
  • Support business units in embedding continuity planning into their daily operations.
  • Coordinate and support disaster recovery testing projects, including planning and execution.
  • Align recovery testing with corporate business processes and application setups, and track relevant metrics to assess readiness.
  • Keep everyone informed—sharing updates, lessons learned, and success stories.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive problem-solver with solid experience in business continuity and crisis management.
  • Someone who can simplify complex plans and make them actionable for different teams.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across functions and levels.
  • Experience with disaster recovery testing, including project coordination and execution.
  • Understanding of enterprise applications and business process dependencies in the context of continuity and recovery planning.
  • Experience in a global or fast-paced environment is a plus.
