JOB SUMMARY
* Telework Within Minnesota and flexible hours options are available. As a Business Continuity & Risk Manager, you will support the agency wide Compliance Office for agency effectiveness by assisting in the development and coordination for the following in:
This position supports the management of DCYF’s Agency-Wide Risk and Internal Control Framework strategies and plans. The incumbent works with all divisions and department-wide counterparts on these and other ongoing and short-term projects. Most projects require planning, facilitation, assessment, tracking, and reporting. This person provides project management expertise and serves as a collaborative member of the Organizational Integrity Office. When in this role, the incumbent becomes directly involved in large-scale initiatives and projects associated with the Department of Human Resources Business Continuity Management. The incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities include:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
4 years of project management professional experience developing, implementing, and managing continuity of operations plans and/or risk management.
