YOUR NEW ROLE

We are currently looking for a Business Controller to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Tech organization in Stockholm. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure financial transparency, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement. You will lead the execution of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for designated units, manage monthly financial cut activities, and support strategic investments through detailed analysis and project controlling. Your work will directly contribute to promoting cost consciousness and maximizing business value across the tech function.
As part of a collaborative finance team, you will also play a key role in optimizing financial processes and supporting purchasing procedures—including invoice handling, contract management, and internal financial education.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Controller, Financial Analyst)
• A university degree in business, engineering, or equivalent
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Solid understanding of financial principles and planning processes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive strategic decisions
