We are looking for a talented, collaborative, resourceful and entrepreneurial individual to join our Senior Management Team in the role of Business Controller
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, steering the organization’s accounting functions to provide percise and timely reporting. A key part of your role will also be to work as a strong business partner to the General Manager and the management team, supporting the business to make the right strategic decisions.

Specific responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable, cost accounting and financial reporting processes to deliver financial stability and strong performance.
• Be a business partner for the General Manager and the management team, providing support and advice based on financial trends and analysis that helps the business to drive continuous improvement and achieve great results.
• Assist the General Manager with the development of our long-range plan.
• Prepare financial and non-financial management reports, present findings and make recommendations to the management team.
• Drive the financial budget process, then provide continued monitoring vs. the actual results.
• Leverage technology such as AI, process automation and other digital tools to create efficiency improvements.
• Lead and manage our local Finance and Customer Support teams in the USA and Mexico.
• Work together with the Group’s Shared Services Financial Team to provide financial analysis, accounting and financial reporting services for the business.
