Prepare monthly financial reports for management Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Lead monthly financial performance monitoring Escalate any financial issues to management Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives Collaborate with members of the accounting and product controlling teams Prepare reports for business leaders to drive monthly financial results versus expectations Manage SG&A monthly/quarterly forecast process, driving risks & opportunity management for the business Own SG&A corporate restructuring reporting and trend analysis, headcount and labor cost management, optimization initiatives and forecasting WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling or accounting Business processes understanding Excellent time-management skills Confidentiality and orientation on safety Collaboration and independent work skills Advanced English knowledge Excellent financial and quantitative skills Ability to learn quickly with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
